Can I mix packages & instruments?
Absolutely! We can provide many different combinations for your day!
For example, you can start with a solo violin ceremony, have duo (Violin, Guitar & Vocals) for cocktail hour, switch back to violin instrumental dinner music.
Whatever you have in mind, we’d love to turn your music dreams into a reality!
Do you provide your own sound?
Yes! We provide our own full top-grade sound system and all necessary equipment. Each performance also includes production set up and clean up.
Do you need anything from my venue?
Only thing we would need is a power outlet!
What is your set up if my ceremony & cocktail hour are in 2 different locations at my venue?
Not a problem at all! We will set up two different sound systems so we will be able to plug & play leaving no dead space in between!
My ceremony is at a remote location with no power; is that okay?
Yes! We have a sound system specifically set up that does not require power! Just let us know and we’ll make sure we’re all prepared!
Do you have event insurance?
Yes! We have performance insurance for every event & show we perform! As soon as we are officially booked, we submit a certificate listing you and your venue and will email it directly over!
What’s your booking process?
First off! We would love to be a part of your day and work together!
To officially book, we require a 20% deposit of your total package price and a signed completed contract! The contract can be updated anytime, so no worries if some spaces are left blank such as song selection!
Once both are received, the day is yours! We’ll send over our signatures, invoice that deposit was received, certificate of insurance, and keep working together until your big day, setting up phone calls & check in’s!
What is your deposit?
To officially book, we require a 20% deposit.
When is my final payment due?
The last thing we want to do is bother you about payment on your big day!
Final payments are due 5 days prior to your wedding date. Once received, we’ll email over an updated invoice that everything is taken care of, and we’re all set to go!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment:

What is your cancellation policy? What is your procedure if something happens out of your control?
Knock on wood! With a decade in the business, we are so happy & fortunate to say we have not had to cancel for any big days! If this ever did happen, we would immediately let you know, provide a full refund of any deposits & payment back to you within 10 business days, and provide a list of recommendations. For any event & scenario that is completely out of our control, we have a community of musicians that are on call and would step right in.
Do I need to pick out my ceremony songs before I book?
Not at all! We totally understand choosing the perfect songs takes time! We’re also here to help with recommendations if needed!
When do you need to know my ceremony songs?
To make sure we have everything ready to go, we ask that we have your final ceremony song list at least 1 month prior to your big day!
What songs do you perform for prelude?
For prelude music, we have our own list of soft romantic love songs as your guests are arriving. Feel free to let us know any favorite artists and we will tailor our list to include some!
How many ceremony songs should I pick?
This is one of our favorite things! To decide this, the first thing we do is chat about how many people you will have walk down the aisle for each processional; family members, bridal party, etc. and recommend based on that!
Can you learn a song not on your list for my ceremony?
1000% YES! Any genre & artist! We will learn any songs special to you for your ceremony!
How long are my ceremony songs?
The timing of your ceremony songs is completely around you!! We can make each song as long or as short as needed! There’s never a need to rush down the aisle! If your flower girls or ring bearers take a little bit more time, or you need to a second to take it all in, we got you!
I have a specific moment in a song I want to walk down the aisle to; how do you do that?
We love that! When we perform as a duo for ceremonies, we can arrange songs and line up exactly to you, so you can walk out at your favorite part!
Do you attend ceremony rehearsals?
This is all up to you if you want a run through! We’re always prepared and ready to go for your day without! However, if desired, we can provide our availability with pricing and perform the songs for a full rehearsal exactly how it will be on your big day!
Where do you prefer to set up for the ceremony?
For timing and cueing, our first choice is always towards the back or on the side so we can have a direct line of view where everyone will be entering down the aisle!
Can you provide a microphone for my officiant?
Yes! This is an additional service we offer! We can provide a wireless microphone and stand for your officiant making sure it’s sound checked and ready to go! If you’re having a videographer, they can also tap into our sound system to record your ceremony & vows!
What songs do you perform for cocktail hours & dinner hours?
For cocktail & dinner hours, we have a list of songs we perform ranging from modern pop to classic standards; John Legend, Frankie Vallie, and everything in between! We also ask for your favorite artists & genres, tailoring our list to that as well!
What is your performance attire?
We love dressing up! Classy, elegant & all black attire, unless otherwise requested!
When do you arrive to set up?
To make sure we have everything ready to go for your day, we arrive 3-4 hours prior to our start time. At minimum, if your venue is closed off for other events beforehand, we require access at least 2 hours prior.
Do you perform standing or sitting?
We always perform standing and do not require any chairs.
How Does Violin & DJ Collaborations work?
Lena performs to whatever your DJ is spinning! She will connect with them beforehand and make sure everything is ready to go to join you & your guests on the dance floor!
Will you personally connect with my coordinator?
Absolutely! As soon as we’re given their contact we’ll make sure to connect and make sure we’re on the same page with every details!
Do you require a meal?
Never required! But always greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
